Diversity and Inclusion Overview

We are committed to eliminating all forms of discrimination and to promoting equality of opportunity in all our working practices both internally for 360 employees but in all aspects of our day to day jobs including all candidates, clients and suppliers.

All employees are reminded of our core values and these values should be demonstrated through our day to day behaviours and actions.

Our aim is to ensure that our workforce reflects the diversity of our customers. Every employee is treated with dignity and respect and you are given the opportunity to reach your full potential to our benefit and yours. We attract, recruit and retain the best people and you are valued and respected within the business. Our customers should also feel welcome through all our communications.

The platinum rule of diversity is to 'treat people as they want to be treated' and everyone should apply this principle in their dealings with others.

The Detail

We aim to eliminate discrimination in all that we do and we will apply the following principles wherever practical.

We endeavour to:

  • Ensure that you are treated with dignity and respect and given the opportunity to reach your full potential for the benefit of 360 and yourself. We believe that a diverse workforce creates a mix of talents that makes us a successful business
  • Implement measures to ensure that all customers and suppliers are able to communicate with us, visit us and have access to our offices, access our goods and services with confidence and be treated with respect by our staff.
  • Ensure that all employment policies, practices and procedures are fair to all of our employees (and potential employees) and that progression within 360 is based solely on your knowledge, skills, ability and experience

You are responsible for ensuring that you do not discriminate or encourage anyone else to discriminate against another employee, supplier or customer for any reason, particularly those reasons listed above.

You must also avoid any verbal, physical or other form of harassment towards another employee, supplier or customer.

If you feel that you have been discriminated against, or have been the victim of harassment, or you have witnessed discrimination or harassment then you should make this known to your line manager as soon as possible. If it is your line manager that your complaint is about then you should speak to another more senior manager instead.

Any allegations will be taken seriously and will be investigated thoroughly in line with our Disciplinary and Grievance policies. If you have raised a complaint, you will be protected from potential victimisation.

If your complaint is not resolved within a reasonable timescale, or to your satisfaction, then it may be appropriate to use the Company's Grievance procedure to resolve the issue.

If you are found to have discriminated against, or harassed, any employee, supplier or customer then this will be treated as gross misconduct which may result in your dismissal from the Company.
